Customs & Import Taxes
European Union: All EU orders are shipped under our IOSS registration. VAT is included in the product price — no additional charges will be collected at delivery.
United States: US orders are not subject to import duties or taxes.
United Kingdom: Import duties do not apply to orders under £135. No additional charges will be collected at delivery for standard orders.
Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore & Other Asia-Pacific Countries: Most orders are below the local duty-free threshold and will not incur additional charges. For higher-value orders, local import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
All Other Countries: Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Kpovia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
However, if your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at service@kpovia.com and we will do our best to assist by:
* contacting the shipping carrier
* helping investigate the shipment status
In rare cases of confirmed loss, support solutions may be offered at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 15 minutes after purchase.
After this time, orders are automatically processed and may no longer be cancelled.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
If a product is a pre-order, this will always be clearly stated in the product title or description.
Pre-order items may require additional processing and shipping time depending on product availability.
