Important timeline:
China fansign and event items are often not ready to ship right after purchase. Some orders may take several months to arrive after the event or sales period. We can only arrange international shipping after the items arrive at our warehouse.

Fees:
• No proxy service fee for now
• Warehouse receiving fee: RMB 2 per album/book-style item received
• Free warehouse storage for up to 3 months

Payment:
• RMB payment: Alipay or bank transfer
• USD payment: bank transfer, with a 5% exchange handling fee
• Other currencies are not supported at this time

How it works:

1. Send your request
Tell us the artist, event, item link, quantity, deadline, purchase requirement, and shipping country.

2. We confirm details
We check availability, purchasing rules, expected arrival timeline, warehouse needs, and estimated shipping options.

3. We purchase and store
After payment, we purchase the item. When it arrives at our warehouse, we can store it, consolidate orders, and arrange shipment.
