Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers provided.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Kpovia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

However, if your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at service@kpovia.com and we will do our best to assist by:

* contacting the shipping carrier
* helping investigate the shipment status

In rare cases of confirmed loss, support solutions may be offered at our discretion.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 15 minutes after purchase.

After this time, orders are automatically processed and may no longer be cancelled.


Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

If a product is a pre-order, this will always be clearly stated in the product title or description.

Pre-order items may require additional processing and shipping time depending on product availability.
