We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note:
• Minor imperfections on outer packaging are not considered defects
• Small scratches, dents, printing marks, or manufacturing imperfections do not qualify for refunds or returns
• Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned
• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof starting before the package is opened. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
